aus Wikipedia, der freien Enzyklopädie: Caipirinha bedeutet eigentlich "bäuerliches Getränk" (caipira = Bauer, Hinterwäldler) und ist ein alkoholisches Mixgetränk (Cocktail) aus Brasilien. Er gilt nach wie vor als einer der meistgetrunkenen Cocktails in der Partyszene.

Mixgetränke aus Cachaça mit Fruchtsäften werden eigentlich als Batida bezeichnet und sind nach wie vor in Brasilien sehr populär. Das "bäuerliche" an der caipirinha besteht im wesentlichen darin, dass der Fruchtsaft durch Stampfen selbst erzeugt wird. Kritisch dabei ist, dass auch Terpene aus der Schale gelöst werden sowie - nur bei behandelten Schalen - Pestizide, die mitgetrunken werden.

Zubereitung
Zuerst werden ein bis zwei Limetten geachtelt und in einem Caipirinha-Glas mit ca. drei TL Rohrzucker zerstampft. Der Saft aus den Limetten sollte den Rohrzucker komplett aufgelöst haben. Anschließend wird das Glas bis leicht über den Rand mit "Crushed Ice" (zerkleinerten Eiswürfeln) gefüllt. Als krönender Abschluss kommen in das Glas 5 cl Cachaça. Mit ein oder zwei nicht zu langen Strohhalmen servieren.

Es fanden bereits zwei Caipi-Tests in Deutschland statt.

So macht man PITÚ Lava

Zutaten:

• 5 cl PITÚ
• 4 cl frischer Limettensaft
• 3 cl Riemerschmid Bar-Sirup Maracuja,
• 10 cl heißes Wasser
• 2 Anissterne

Zubereitung:
PITÚ, Limettensaft, Riemerschmid Bar-Sirup Maracuja, Anissterne erhitzen und mit heißem Wasser auffüllen.

Dekoration: Orangen- und Limonenspirale in den fertigen Drink geben.

[edit] Caipirinha-Bowle

für 6 Personen braucht man:

• 16 Limetten
• 150 g Zucker
• 0,7 L Cachaca
• 4 Beutel Eiswürfel
• 1 L Schweppes Tonic Water
• 1 L Mineralwasser

Zubereitung: 6 Limetten auspressen und 10 Achteln und wie gehabt mit dem Mörser bearbeiten und mit dem Zucker und dem Cachaca 20 min ziehen lassen. Dann noch das Tonic- und Mineralwasser dazu und zum Schluß noch das Eis dazu.....

Zutaten:

• 1 Liter Cachaça
• 4 in Scheiben geschnittene Limonen
• 0,3 Liter Wasser
• 4 Gewürznelken
• 50 g Ingwer in Stücken
• ein paar Zimtstangen
• Zucker nach Belieben

Das tut man alles in einen Topf, stellt den auf den Herd und bringt die Mixtur zum Kochen. Wird heiß serviert.

Guaraná-Standard

• 1 TL Guaraná-Pulver
• 1 Glas Fruchtsaft (Ananas-Nektar, Himbeersaft oder gemischt)
• Zitrone

Gut umrühren (Mixer empfohlen). Der Zitronensaft gibt dem Drink Schwung und Pfiff.

Wake-Up

• 1 TL Guaraná-Pulver
• 1 TL Bierhefe
• 1 TL Weizenkeime
• 3 TL Honig
• 1 Glas stilles Mineralwasser

Alle Zutaten im Mixer verquirlen, bis sie sich verbunden haben. Jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück trinken.

Guaraná-Power-Booster

• 1 Teelöffel Guaraná-Pulver
• 1 Teelöffel Mandelpüree
• 1 Glas Ananas-Nektar

Alle Zutaten im Mixer verquirlen und trinken.

Guarana-Royal-Drink

• 1 TL Guaraná-Pulver
• 1 Glas Sekt

Das Guaraná-Pulver mit dem Sekt gut verrühren.

Guaraná-Ice

• 1 TL Guaraná-Pulver
• 80g Joghurt
• 1 TL Honig
• 2 kl. Tassen Apfelsaft
• 1 Spritzer Zitronensaftt

Alle Zutaten im Mixer verquirlen und gekühlt geniessen.

Tropical-Drink

• 1 TL Guaraná-Pulver
• 1,2 dl Milch
• ½ Banane
• 1 TL Honig
• 1 EL Sahne
• Schale einer unbehandelten Zitrone
• Eiswürfel

Alle Zutaten im Mixer gut verquirlen, Eiswürfel zerkleinern und alles mit einem Strohhalm servieren.

Guaraná-Bowle

• 1 kleine Dose Ananas in Stücken
• 1 Flasche trockener Sekt
• 3 Dosen Guaraná Antarctica
• ½ Flasche weisser Traubensaft.

Alles gut vermischen, 2 Stunden kalt stellen, und kühl servieren.

Vitamina de Guaraná

• 1 EL Guaraná-Sirup
• ½ EL Guaraná em Pó
• 2 EL gemahlene Caju-Nüsse
• ½ EL Erdnüsse
• etwas Avocado oder Banane
• Zucker nach Geschmack
• Milch
• (ein Wachtelei?)

Mit Eis im Mixer zu Brei verrühren. Bei den Mengenangaben bin ich mir nicht ganz sicher, habe versucht mir die Zubereitung zu merken, so wie ich sie auf der Straße gesehen habe.
